The Book of Prompts serves as your design companion for humans bringing intention to meeting, group work and event experiences.

The format of the Book of Prompts is a downloadable and fillable PDF, so it can be re-used for all of the meeting, group work, or event experiences you are designing. It can imported into collaborative tools to be worked with independently or as part of a design team and is just enough technology to work with the tools you already use such as Miro, Mural, Figma, Microsoft 365, Google Suite and beyond.

We decided to make v.4.0.0 free to the world. This version includes changes to two Design Aspects (Arc of Design became Design Plans; Pre-Event & Post-Event became Touchpoints) as well as updates to graphical elements associated with some Design Aspects. There are also notable enhancements to the prompts associated with each Design Aspect based on our experiences and insights since releasing v.3.0.0 in the Spring of 2024.
